Once a digital product has been purchased and the order is confirmed, cancellations are not permitted. Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot stop or alter the delivery once the product has been processed and delivered (via email, download link, or other means).

2. Refunds

As a policy, we do not provide refunds once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed. However, we may offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Defective Product: If the digital product is defective or corrupt, we may offer a replacement or full refund. Please contact customer support within 7 days of purchase.
  • Product Not as Described: If the product delivered is not as described on our website (e.g., wrong file format, incorrect content), a refund may be requested. Please reach out to us with proof within 7 days of purchase.
